Accountant

Out client, a leading MNC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our in-house finance team. 

The ideal candidate will handle full sets of accounts, review accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and provide support for various ad-hoc finance tasks. If you are a motivated professional with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL
• Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management
• Support various finance-related projects and tasks as required
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven stable work history with experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
