Admin and Accounting Clerk

About Our Client
Our client is a well-established business group engaged in holding, rental, and investment activities through a network of local and offshore entities. They’re now looking for a reliable, stable, and detail-oriented professionals who can support compliance and reporting across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical work, including handling petty cash, managing office correspondences, processing bill payments, and coordinating office maintenance
  • Conduct bookkeeping, prepare trial balances, and assist with audit coordination and external reporting
  • Organize company license renewals and assist with annual return filings
  • Arrange and record bank transactions (including T.T. remittances to headquarters, shareholders, or stakeholders)
  • Support treasury and simple financial duties for a small portfolio of active companies (primarily rental and management fee tracking)
  • Liaise with accounting service providers, auditors, and company secretaries as needed

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above; candidates with LCCI or practical accounting training an advantage
  • Solid hands-on experience in office administration and accounting support; self-taught learners welcome
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in administrative or accounts clerk role
  • Familiar with basic accounting, bookkeeping, and bank procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with accounting systems is a plus
  • Responsible, detail-minded, mature, and reliable
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
