Administrative Assistant / Researcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Researcher to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support in the daily office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform office administrative tasks for the Hong Kong office
  • Conduct research on various topics, markets, and industries to gather relevant information and insights
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining research databases, files, and documentation
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong team player who can work both independently and proactively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
