Administrative Assistant / Secretary / Admin Clerk
Lauris Walton is seeking a talented and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the heart of Hong Kong. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and calls
- Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the executive
- Assist with job postings and candidate communication
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Deliver documents and cheques to clients and partners
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
What We Offer:
- Salary range: HK$10,000 to HK$15,000 per month
