Assistant Finance Manager – Global MNC
Lauris Walton is partnering with a global MNC to seek for a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the month-end closing process and assisting the Finance Director with all finance operation matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Assist the Finance Director in managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Collaborate with the other finance department staff to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and financial regulations.
- Help in developing and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent command of verbal and written business English.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
