Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager – Restructuring and Insolvency

We’re partnering with a fast-growing professional services firm specializing in business valuation, restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, etc., to seek several high potential restructuring and insolvency professionals to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in compulsory and voluntary liquidations, bankruptcy receiverships, or restructuring projects with a diversified client portfolio
- Prepare and draft reports to the Court and other deliverables to clients
- Participate in the development of best practices in the firm and coach junior team members
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and build professional image and network for the firm
Role requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related disciplines, qualified CPA or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager grade
- Experience in liquidation, insolvency, financial and operational restructuring
- Strong financial analysis and modelling, reporting writing skills is essential
- Good problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, business sense and commercial acumen Fluent in English is essential
