The Opportunity:
As Assistant Marketing Manager / Manager, you’ll support the CEO and work with product and marketing teams to help shape the brand’s strategy, product messaging, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis, support brand positioning, and help prepare reports for new product launches
- Contribute to marketing campaigns across online, retail, and direct channels; assist with distribution and channel support
- Create and share product highlights to engage customers and respond to market trends
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing team members to organize campaigns and improve content
- Assist with all stages of product marketing, from proposal to launch and ongoing updates
- Track results, support performance analysis, and help drive team creativity
- Coordinate with and support the marketing team
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years’ relevant marketing experience in consumer electronics or lifestyle products
- Familiar with product marketing, omnichannel campaigns, and launching new items
- Good understanding of branding, market research, and campaign planning
- Experience with data analysis and supporting digital marketing efforts
- Strong communicator in English & Mandarin, and able to work well across teams
- Motivated, organized, and supportive team player
