Assistant – Supply Chain / Sourcing / Logistics (Excellent Role)

Our client is a leading fashion brand based in Hong Kong, known for its trendy designs and high-quality products. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join their dynamic team.

The Supply Chain Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s supply chain operations, including logistics, sourcing, and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of these areas and will be responsible for liaising with vendors and assisting with various operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics, sourcing, or merchandising vendors
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory records
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as design, production, and sales, to facilitate smooth operations
• Support the supply chain team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report generation
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, sourcing, or merchandising
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
