Our client is a a renowned design firm specializing in luxury hospitality and high-end restaurants. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidates will be instrumental in driving our business growth, fostering client relationships, and securing new projects in the luxury hospitality and high-end restaurant sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, pursue, and secure new clients and projects in the luxury hospitality and high-end restaurant markets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and networking
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our firm’s expertise, portfolio, and value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and generate new business leads
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant industries
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong networking abilities and a well-established network within the luxury hospitality and high-end restaurant industries
  • Familiarity with the design process and ability to articulate our firm’s design capabilities and value proposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Professional demeanor, presentable appearance, and ability to represent our firm with poise and credibility
