Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive their business growth and lead the company towards potential IPO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing industry and experience in managing IPO projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on driving business growth and preparing for an IPO in the US market.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Manage the company’s financial risks, including developing and implementing effective internal controls and compliance measures.
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing activities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, such as mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives to enhance the company’s financial performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including SEC reporting requirements for the planned IPO.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and CPA Qualified
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in successfully managing IPO projects, preferably in the US market.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and optimize financial performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
