Department Administrator/Secretary

Lauris Walton is recruiting for a Department Administrator/Secretary for a senior executive at a well-established local conglomerate. This is a stable position offering HK$25,000-35,000 per month. Our client values discretion, professionalism, and a harmonious working relationship.

Position Overview

We are looking for a mature, independent administrator who can provide comprehensive secretarial support to a top management executive. The ideal candidate will be easy to work with, maintain strict confidentiality, and handle daily administrative tasks with minimal supervision. This role suits someone who values stability and enjoys working in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external parties
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls with complete discretion
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Arrange travel including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Process expense claims and maintain proper filing systems
  • Act as the main contact between the executive and other departments
  • Organize department events, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative projects independently
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support other team members when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial or administrative experience, preferably supporting senior management• Mature, professional attitude with excellent judgment
  • Independent worker who can handle tasks without constant supervision
  • Easy-going personality, good team player
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Available to start within one month
