Director, Digital Innovation & Technology Solutions

The Opportunity:
This is a unique chance to lead enterprise-wide innovation for a multinational corporation ready to embrace cutting-edge technology. You’ll oversee the implementation of transformative solutions including autonomous systems, AI/ML, robotics, and process automation across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute company-wide technology innovation strategy across multiple international locations
- Lead the discovery, evaluation, and deployment of emerging technologies from concept to scaled implementation
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, technology vendors, and solution providers
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and regional leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee innovation lifecycle: research, proof-of-concept development, pilot programs, and enterprise rollout
- Lead and develop a team of technology specialists and innovation managers
- Secure funding opportunities, manage IP initiatives, and drive standardization of new technologies
- Present progress and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders regularly
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience in technology innovation, digital transformation, or similar leadership roles
- Demonstrated success implementing large-scale technology programs across multiple locations/regions
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies (robotics, AI/ML, automation, IoT, etc.)
- Excellence in stakeholder management from technical teams to board-level executives
- Experience with government funding applications and intellectual property management
- Project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile certifications (Scrum, DevOps)
- Process improvement background (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
