We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our F&B group as a District Manager/Brand Promotion Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our branches, ensure smooth processes, and lead our team to achieve various targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of each branch, ensuring smooth processes and quality service
- Provide staff training and guidance to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase store turnover and achieve targets
- Monitor store quality, service, hygiene standards, and staff arrangements
- Implement and supervise restaurant management systems, promptly addressing any issues
- Propose market activity plans based on the surrounding business district’s operating conditions
- Create promotion plans considering market conditions and seasonal changes, collaborating with marketing colleagues for new product launches
- Collaborate with the executive chef to research and develop new dishes, maintaining strong inter-departmental communication
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in various branches as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proactive, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit
