E-Commerce Assistant – Fast Growing MNC – Urgent hire
Lauris Walton Executive Search is working with a fast-growing online fashion company based in Central. The company sells fashion products online globally and has a young, energetic team culture. They need an E-Commerce Assistant to join their E-Commerce team to manage daily online business activities and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will play a key role in product management, website optimization, promotional campaigns, and trend analysis to maximize growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory oversight, and product shelf-life management, coordinating closely with warehouse, logistics, and store teams
- Optimize website functionality by reviewing content accuracy, translation quality, and platform features
- Assist in planning and executing e-commerce activities such as online promotions, email campaigns, blog updates, and new product launches
- Monitor trends by analyzing sales data, market developments, competitor actions, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design) and external partners (logistics, freelancers) to achieve business goals
- Support additional e-commerce tasks as required
Requirements:
- Passionate about fashion, design, or art
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Preferably available to join immediately
