E-Commerce marketing manager
Our client is a expanding US company and product portfolio will be automotive accessories, consumer electronics and home and lifestyle products. They are looking for a E-commerce marketing manager to join the team and as a key member responsible for driving the success of our online sales platform on various marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss Ownership: Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive the business development of our online sales platform.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with US-based agencies to develop effective strategies, execution plans, and performance tracking. This includes Paid Media, Retargeting, SEM, SEO, and affiliate partner management to achieve marketing objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise and work closely with various departments such as product management, brand management, IT, marketing, logistics, vendors, and agencies to ensure the successful implementation of our E-shop and smooth daily operations.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the sales performance and operation of our e-commerce platform. This includes responsibilities such as online product listing and maintenance, content development and management, pricing strategies, marketing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with brand managers to ensure adequate stock levels that meet customer demand.
- User Experience Optimization: Continuously optimize the online store journey to maximize visitor engagement and conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize strong analytical skills and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve results.
- Results-Oriented: Possess a numbers-driven mindset, always seeking to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Lowes, Wayfair, and Home Depot or other market places
- Proficiency in listing optimization, paid advertising, and marketplace management.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience collaborating with a US-based marketing department and external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
