E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to lead our US marketplace operations in multiple regions, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and smaller marketplaces. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing and expanding Amazon presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of Amazon stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Operations: Oversee all aspects of the company’s Online marketplace operations, including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, Ebay etc, spanning multiple regions.
  • Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to maximize sales and profitability on Amazon, with the aim of surpassing revenue targets.
  • Marketplace Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our online presence across diverse markets, driving substantial market share growth.
  • Performance Optimization: Continually assess and enhance product listings, pricing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotions to boost sales and increase visibility.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure streamlined inventory management and efficient fulfillment processes to meet customer demand promptly and accurately.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep a close watch on industry trends and Amazon competitors, adapting our strategies proactively.
  • Collaboration with US Team: Work closely with our US-based team to optimize product listings and promotional efforts for the American market.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Take charge of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with our overall Amazon strategy.
  • Brand Store Management: Manage and enhance our brand stores on Amazon, creating an engaging and informative shopping experience for customers.
  • Promotion Coordination: Organize and execute promotions effectively to drive sales and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.


  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related eCommerce experience, with a proven track record of managing Amazon stores generating at least $10 million USD in revenue.
  • Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central operations is preferred.
  • Marketplace Proficiency: Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and other smaller markets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive growth.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Self-discipline, Problem-solving, Multi-tasking, Independent and can work under pressure.
