ESG Manager

Are you passionate about driving sustainability and making a positive impact? We’re currently recruiting for an ESG Manager and lead the development and implementation of our ESG strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our organization’s ESG performance, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s ESG strategy
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across various departments
• Monitor and report on ESG performance to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
• Engage with stakeholders on ESG issues and communicate the organization’s ESG efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business decisions
• Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
