Executive Assistant

Our client is a well-established local construction firm with around 20 employees at its Hong Kong office. The company is known for its stability and growth, and is now seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and executive support to the senior management team.

The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership on both business and operational matters. This role is ideal for a motivated and well-organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can maintain efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
  • Serve as a point of contact between the management team and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Assist in organizing and attending meetings, business events, and networking functions as a company representative
  • Handle confidential business information with discretion and professionalism
  • Follow up on key tasks, project deadlines, and ensure accurate documentation and progress tracking
  • Support various office administrative and operational duties to streamline management activities
  • Manage coordination and communication with external partners and business contacts
  • Support upper management on ad hoc assignments or special projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in executive or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Smart, sharp, and articulate personality with strong situational awareness and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of liaising with individuals of various levels internally and externally
  • Proactive and reliable with a stable working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
