Finance Manager – All-Rounded – Role – MNC

About Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic multinational corporation seeking a versatile Finance Manager who can handle diverse financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
Our client needs a hands-on, all-rounded Finance Manager to manage all aspects of their Hong Kong finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt to varying workloads, especially during special events and peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, payroll, and treasury
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and board presentations
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations
• Handle tax compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
• Support commercial teams with pricing analysis, contract reviews, and business cases
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc financial requirements
• Be available for extended hours during critical business events and peak periods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
• 6-8 years of hands-on finance experience, preferably in a commercial environment
• Strong all-round finance knowledge covering accounting, treasury, tax, and commercial finance
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of the organization
• Flexible mindset with willingness to work overtime during events and peak periods
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
