Finance Manager – Global MNC
Our client, a prominent global MNC with extensive Asia Pacific operations, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting cycles and deliver comprehensive management reports to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple projects and business units
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate governance standards
- Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support compensation and benefits administration alongside HR reporting requirements
- Collaborate with regional teams on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years of finance operation experience in commercial environments
- Experience in handling C&B, payroll
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Valid passport and flexibility for occasional travel
- Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
