Finance Manager – MNC

Lauris Walton is partnering with a reputable firm in Hong Kong with a strong expansion plan in the APAC, currently they are seeking for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join an esteemed organization and play a pivotal role in managing its in-house finance function, as it transitions from an outsourced model to an internal one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CFO, providing timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the end-to-end financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial results.
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support as needed.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in finance management
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with colleagues and external partners in a multicultural environment.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
