Finance System Implementation Manager (APAC Region)
A fast-growing US multinational corporation is seeking a Finance System Implementation Manager. This role requires a background in finance, experience implementing finance systems, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate with different parties within the firm. The successful candidate will take the lead in rolling out a new finance system across APAC countries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rollout of the new finance system across APAC countries.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the new finance system.
- Oversee the project implementation timeline and budget, and provide regular progress reports.
- Develop and implement system-related training for the finance team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with global counterparts and stakeholders to harmonize processes and systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations during the system implementation.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance system implementation and a solid finance background.
- Previous experience in a multinational corporation, ideally within a project management role.
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP system implementation is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work with various parties within the firm.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
