Finance System Implementation Manager – MNC (Retail)
Our client, a renowned retail brand with their regional office based in Hong Kong, is currently seeking a Finance System Implementation Manager for a two-year project. This role is perfect for professionals with extensive experience in finance system implementation and FP&A, preferably within a multinational retail environment. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of the new finance system across the region.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the new system.
- Oversee the financial planning and analysis activities within the organization, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement system-related training for the finance team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor the project implementation timeline and budget, and report on progress regularly.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations during the system implementation.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and stakeholders to harmonize processes and systems.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance system implementation and financial planning & analysis.
- Previous experience in a multinational corporation, ideally within the retail industry.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
