Key Responsibilities:
Brand Reunification & Strategy:
- Lead the global brand reunification initiative, ensuring consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all international markets
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand architecture framework
- Create unified brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all regions
- Conduct brand audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for alignment
Global Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute integrated global marketing strategies that drive business growth and market penetration
- Develop go-to-market strategies for international expansion and new product launches
- Create data-driven marketing plans that balance global consistency with local market relevance
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure brand health and marketing ROI globally
Social Media Leadership:
- Architect and oversee global social media strategy across all platforms and markets
- Drive social media innovation and best practices adoption worldwide
- Build influencer marketing programs and strategic partnerships
- Leverage social listening and analytics to inform brand strategy and customer insights
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while respecting local nuances
- Partner with C-suite executives to align brand strategy with business objectives
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure integrated customer journey
- Lead and mentor a global team of marketing professionals
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in global roles
- Global Exposure is a MUST
- Proven track record of successfully unifying or transforming brands across multiple markets
- Extensive experience in social media marketing and digital transformation
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable business growth through marketing initiatives
- Experience working across diverse cultures and managing international stakeholder relationships
Skills & Expertise:
- Expert knowledge of global brand management and marketing strategy
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across different markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement
- Excellent project management and change management capabilities

Education:
