Global Mobility Specialist – MNC
Our client is a sizable, global MNC with strong reputation in their specialised industries. Currently they are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join their growing Human Resources (HR) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and manage inquiries for international assignees
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, e.g. HR teams, Expat teams across various countries, and relocation service providers
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of international assignees’ personnel records
- Offer administrative support concerning global mobility and relocation matters such as visa processing, accommodation facilitation, goods shipment, school search, bank account setup, medical insurance registration, and homeward trips
- Assist with the administration of global taxation, social security and pension schemes for assignees
- Manage vendor invoice processing to guarantee accurate and prompt payments
- Provide support on other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in global mobility, HR or in-house global mobility role
- Be proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Have experience handling confidential data and sensitive matters
- Possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
