Head of Human Resources (MNC Firm)

A leading multinational corporation with a significant market growth trajectory is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources. This is a pivotal role focused on managing the entire HR function with a blend of strategic leadership and operational acumen. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a crucial role in guiding the organization’s HR strategy and execution to drive business success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, compliance, and retention.
  • Architect and implement HR policies that promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
  • Serve as a key strategic advisor to the COO on all aspects of human resources and organizational development.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Direct change management and workforce development initiatives in support of organizational goals.
  • Ensure HR operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all legal requirements.
  • Innovate HR practices to support the firm’s growth and competitive positioning in the market

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a multinational corporation, with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational HR leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the capacity to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage with executives and staff at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
