HR Executive – Global Mobility

Our client, a prestigious global MNC, is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join their dynamic team, focusing on Global Mobility. This role plays a crucial part in managing and coordinating all aspects of international employee relocations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to business units, ensuring seamless transitions for employees moving across international borders.


  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of international employee relocations, including visa processing, relocation support, and repatriation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business units to understand global mobility needs and develop effective relocation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process.
  • Track and report on global mobility metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a global mobility role.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
