HR Executive – Payroll

A renowned global MNC is currently seeking an HR Executive specializing in Payroll to join their vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the company’s payroll. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams, maintaining payroll records and adhering to compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process the company’s payroll on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and handle payroll queries.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a payroll role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
