The Opportunity
This isn’t your typical HR role. We’re seeking a dynamic HR Manager who thrives in a high-energy, purpose-driven environment. You’ll be the heartbeat of our people operations, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the passionate talent that makes our brand exceptional.
What You’ll Own
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, from athletes-turned-retail-stars to corporate professionals
- Build creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates who live our sports-passionate lifestyle
- Create memorable candidate experiences that reflect our energetic brand culture
- Partner with department heads to understand needs and build winning teams
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for 100+ team members
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with precision
- Handle employee benefits administration and queries
Culture & Employee Experience
- Be a brand ambassador who embodies our values in every interaction
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that reflects our sports DNA
- Handle employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and solution-focused approach
- Support team building initiatives that strengthen our mission-driven culture
What Makes You Perfect for This Role
- 3-5+ years of HR experience, ideally in retail, sports, or lifestyle brands
- Hands-on experience with recruitment and payroll management
- Natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills – you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- High energy individual who brings positivity to every interaction
- Professional, polite, and approachable demeanor that makes everyone feel valued
- Passion for sports or active lifestyle (you understand our brand because you live it!)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
- HRIS experience and strong attention to detail
- HR certification or relevant degree preferred
