In-house Fashion Photographer and Videographer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality photography and video for web, social, email, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and models; contribute to ideas, storyboards, mood boards, locations, and shot lists
- Set up and manage photo/video equipment, direct models to achieve desired results
- Edit, retouch, color-correct, and grade photos and video using Adobe suite; create engaging graphics and effects
- Organize and care for studio and on-location gear
- Manage the digital archive of all visual assets; deliver content in correct formats, meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 1+ year relevant experience or related academic qualifications; must provide a portfolio showing fashion photography/videography
- Team player with initiative, responsibility, and flexible attitude
- Skilled in pro-grade cameras, lighting, sound, and video equipment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Highly creative with strong eye for detail, brand identity, and new concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in fast-paced settings
- Able to multitask, manage projects under tight deadlines, adapt quickly to changes
- Keen interest in fashion, current styles, and styling techniques
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
