About Our Client:
Our client is a leading regional business with significant APAC operations, recognized for its focus on operational excellence and commercial growth. With a presence across multiple markets and a reputation for innovation, they are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented Interim Finance Manager to join their management team and ensure financial clarity during a dynamic period.

The Opportunity:
This interim leadership role is ideal for a proactive finance professional ready to deliver impact across budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. As a key business partner to regional and group leadership, you will drive regional financial planning, performance analysis, and compliance, leading a small team and contributing to strategic commercial decisions across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional budgeting, long-term financial planning, and forecasting processes
  • Support business leaders with profitability analysis, pricing, investment cases, and performance tracking
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and management accounts for multiple APAC entities
  • Ensure all audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements are met for regional compliance
  • Oversee working capital, cash flow management, and risk mitigation across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with APAC leadership and the Group CFO on commercial and operational strategies
  • Manage a core team of finance professionals across the region

What You Bring:

  • At least 7 years of regional finance experience, ideally within multinational B2B environments
  • Strong track record in financial planning, performance management, and business control
  • Demonstrated success operating across several APAC markets
  • Commercially minded, highly analytical, and results-driven approach
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with strategic input
  • Experienced people leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment
