Internship / Part-Time Associate – Marketing & Research (Work in Central)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join our team as an intern or part-time associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the executive search industry while developing valuable skills in research, marketing, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Support
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to support executive search projects
• Identify and profile potential candidates through various platforms and databases
Marketing Content Creation
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist in video content creation and editing for marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and case studies
Administrative Operations
• Prepare meeting materials and documentation
• Handle client correspondence and follow-up communications
• Support event coordination and webinar setup
Requirements
Essential
• Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Media, Communications, or related fields
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 wpm)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
For Business Background Candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous
• Understanding of business fundamentals and market research methods
• Experience with data analysis and report creation
For Creative Media Background Candidates
• Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with social media content creation and trends
• Portfolio of creative work is a plus
