Junior Accountant – MNC

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the Finance Manager in handling daily accounting tasks and month-end closing activities.
• Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and assisting with balance sheet analysis.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation for and completion of annual audits.
• Supporting the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.

Role Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of accounting software and databases is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of financial concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High degree of flexibility, willingness to take on responsibilities, and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
