Our client is a responsible tech startup that is seeking experienced Legal and Compliance Manager to join their team and help them navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape of the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, partners, and vendors
• Manage legal and compliance documentation and record-keeping
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• Proven experience as a Legal or Compliance Professional in a tech startup environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy, intellectual property, and employment law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
