Manager, HR Business Partner (Multi-national company)
Our client is a European MNC and they are looking for a HR Manager, Business Partner. This person will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers in assigned business units. The role is responsible for providing HR support and guidance to enable the business units to achieve their strategic goals. The HRBP will also manage the global mobility program to facilitate international assignments and employee relocations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and determine HR strategies and solutions to support the goals. Provide input into business planning.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on all HR-related matters such as performance management, compensation, learning and development, succession planning, etc.
- Develop, implement and improve HR initiatives, policies, programs and processes to support the business units. Monitor and report on progress and effectiveness.
- Manage the global mobility program including international assignments, relocations, immigration, repatriation, etc. Ensure compliance to relevant laws and policies.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees. Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Support acquisition and integration of new businesses as required. Provide HR due diligence and transition support.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Professional HR certification preferred.
- 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner role in a MNC.
- Excellent consulting, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to business strategy and results.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must.
