Marketing Director – Manufacturing – Excellent Opportunity
Our client is a fast expanding MNC and they are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in the global manufacturing market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product and marketing within the manufacturing sector and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all channels
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Partner with sales leadership to develop sales enablement tools and materials
- Create compelling product marketing content including case studies, white papers, and presentations
- Support trade show strategy and execution
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product development, and operations teams
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role
- Proven experience marketing to manufacturing customers and overseas markets
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and challenges
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Understanding of technical products and ability to communicate value propositions effectively
- Experience with channel partner marketing
- Track record of successful product launches in manufacturing markets
- Active involvement in manufacturing industry associations
