Marketing Executive / Manager – HK$18K-25K p.m.

Lauris Walton is recruiting for skilled marketing professionals with at least 2 years of experience for companies in tech-education, beauty, and F&B industries. Depending on your experience, you may be a Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and carry out marketing plans that match the company’s goals, like getting new customers, keeping existing customers, and building brand awareness.
• Do market research to find opportunities and challenges, watch trends, and study competitors’ marketing strategies to stay ahead.
• Manage and improve the company’s online presence, including the website, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Make sure messaging and branding are consistent.
• Develop interesting, informative, and persuasive content for different marketing channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Plan, promote, and manage various marketing events, like webinars, product launches, and trade shows.
• Create and manage the marketing budget, making sure resources are used efficiently to get the desired results.
• Watch the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using analytics tools to check performance and give regular reports to senior management.
• Work with different teams, like sales, product development, and customer support, to make sure marketing efforts are aligned and consistent.
• Keep learning about new marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to make the company’s marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in different marketing areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create interesting content for
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience organizing and managing marketing events is a plus.
