Marketing Manager (Luxury skincare brand)

Our client is a luxury skincare brand and they are looking for a Marketing Manager for the distributor market business. This person will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Director.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Responsible for leading all brand marketing investments in line with our Global strategy in the 6 Distributor markets including product launch strategy, CRM activations, PR.
  • Ensure consistent and luxury execution is implemented across all Distributor markets (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) working closely with Regional team and Global Brand team. 
  • Develop the regional business strategy as well as provide strong guidance to local market strategy to reflect the brand ambition in each market
  • Steer and manage A&P budget for each market, ensure the strategy planning from markets is in line with global brand priorities and objectives to ensure ROI
  • Work closely with marketing teams in each DM to define launch plans, build brand awareness with the right go-to-market strategy and plan
  • Define yearly marketing priorities per market based on comprehensive market and consumer analysis, drive recruitment and Elite Plans per market
  • Develop together with markets the product launch plan and market mix strategies, challenge when needed and be the gatekeeper for global consistency. Work closely with Regional team and Global brand team to fine-tune launch plans and to have the right amplification in each market
  • Control and review product forecasting on novelty, promotional items and collaterals prepared by markets to ensure the well implementation of brand strategy
  • Lead and deliver qualitative and quantitative post-launch evaluation for all key launches and campaigns
  • Collect market information for analysis and best practice sharing to markets, feedback to Regional/ Global team to enhance awareness of market needs 
  • Review PR, communication, events plan with DMs to be in line with Global strategy and ensure ultimate luxury execution

To succeed in this key role, you will have at least 7 years of experience in marketing.


  • Proven track record in 360 marketing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple assignments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and work with different stakeholders
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Mature, creative and client-focused
  • Previous experience working in beauty / skincare industry is a must
  • Good level of English is required
