The Opportunity:
As the Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO and product teams, taking a lead role in shaping the business’s global brand strategy and product positioning, and building a unique market identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive market analysis, brand positioning, and competitive reporting for product launches.
- Lead omnichannel marketing strategies across online, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, optimizing distribution and channel management.
- Build and communicate compelling value propositions and product narratives tailored to market trends and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and executive teams to develop and execute content plans and high-ROI campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end product marketing – from business proposal to market launch and lifecycle optimization.
- Support company growth via data-driven product strategy, effective targeting, and performance KPI tracking.
- Oversee and mentor a results-focused marketing team, fostering creativity and brand culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years’ marketing experience in consumer electronics/lifestyle products
- Proven track record in product marketing, omnichannel distribution, and innovative product launches
- Strong experience with brand strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning
- Skilled in campaign management, data analysis, and content planning for performance marketing
- Strong communicator, fluent in English & Mandarin
- Team leader with a self-starter mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
