Marketing Manager / Senior Manager – Global Consumer Electronics
Our client is a fast-growing consumer electronics company specializing in innovative mobile accessories with products featured worldwide. They’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to lead our product marketing initiatives and drive our omnichannel growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with CEO and closely with product development team
• Lead product marketing strategy from concept to launch
• Drive omnichannel distribution strategies across online marketplaces, Amazon, retail partners, and direct-to-consumer channels
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI
• Build and mentor a growing marketing team (currently 5 product team members)
• Create compelling product narratives that resonate with our quality-conscious, innovation-seeking customers
• Collaborate closely with product development team in China to ensure marketing strategies align with product capabilities
• Manage retail marketing initiatives and lead growth marketing strategies to expand our global footprint
What We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of hands-on marketing experience in consumer electronics or lifestyle products
• Proven track record in product marketing, with experience taking products from concept to market
• Strong performance marketing skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience with innovative product launches
• Demonstrated success in omnichannel marketing across e-commerce, marketplaces, and retail
• Natural ability to work cross-functionally and embrace diverse responsibilities
• Self-starter mentality with strong execution skills – they build everything in-house
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
