Operation and HR Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing tech startup that is seeking experienced Operations and HR Manager to join their team and help them build and scale their organizational processes and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to support business growth
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization
- Oversee human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations and HR initiatives with business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Operations or HR Manager in a tech startup environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS)
- Passion for building and scaling organizational processes and culture
