Product Owner / Assistant Manager – Group Technology Products
Our client is a reputable global technology firm based in Hong Kong seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Product Owner to support project execution and governance. This role blends technical knowledge and strong coordination skills to track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure cross-team alignment on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, monitor progress, and report on key milestones and risks
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and steering committees
- Work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather updates and manage dependencies
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, risk management, and governance processes
- Help promote agile practices and a collaborative team environment
- Address project blockers and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management, especially with technology or digital projects
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of project governance and reporting
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience supporting project teams
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred
- Organized, proactive, and a team player
