Project Manager – Oracle Finance System

A fast-growing US multinational corporation is seeking a Project Manager – Finance System Implementation. This significant role requires a seasoned project manager with experience in Oracle finance system implementation and a solid record of managing finance projects. The successful candidate will spearhead the rollout of a new finance system across APAC countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the rollout of the new finance system across APAC countries.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the new finance system.
• Oversee the project implementation timeline and budget, and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop and implement system-related training for the finance team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with global counterparts and stakeholders to harmonize processes and systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations during the system implementation.

Role Requirements:

• Proven track record as a project manager, with specific experience in Oracle finance system implementation.
• Solid experience managing finance projects.
• Previous experience working on large-scale implementation projects within multinational corporations.
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work with various parties within the firm.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
