Lauris Walton, a leading global recruitment firm, is seeking a highly focused and dedicated Research and Screening Specialist to join their fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company’s success by conducting in-depth research on business contacts and candidates, as well as performing initial call and video screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and develop new business contacts and potential clients
• Perform thorough candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and assessing candidate fit for open positions
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with the most qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in research, or a similar role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in using various research tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
