Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including VIP clientele
- Handle daily store operations including inventory management and cash handling
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Supervise junior staff members and provide training (for Supervisor role)
- Coordinate with management on stock replenishment and product feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Excellent fashion sense with ability to style and advise customers
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Customer-oriented mindset with proven sales track record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and designers
