Our client is a global multinational corporation (MNC) seeking a talented and motivated Sales Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support the sales operation for the company’s China office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and other sales events
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support sales activities
- Regularly travel to Shenzhen and Hong Kong as required to support sales efforts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel regularly between Hong Kong and Shenzhen
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
