Sales Manager – Hong Kong and Overseas – E-Commerce Logistics
Our client is a leading e-commerce logistics company based in China with offices globally. As they continue to expand their global presence, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our expansion into the Hong Kong market and supporting our overseas growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Hong Kong and overseas markets, targeting e-commerce and logistics companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and develop innovative sales tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to company leadership, making recommendations for improvements.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the e-commerce logistics or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on business development and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
