Scrum Masters and Agile Coach

Our client is an agile tech startup that is seeking experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coach to join their team and help them optimize their agile processes and deliver value to their customers faster.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, values, and best practices
• Help teams remove impediments and continuously improve their processes
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning
• Monitor and report on team performance and agile metrics
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business value

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a tech startup environment
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
• Passion for helping teams continuously improve and deliver value to customers
