Senior Associate/Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee financial operations, including premium payments and broker account management, ensuring timely execution. 

• Manage insurance-related payments and maintain compliance with financial protocols. 

• Monitor receivables, conduct aging analysis, and address overdue balances. 

• Collaborate with teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency. 

• Resolve payment discrepancies and reconcile suspense accounts. 

• Document procedures and contribute to process improvements and special projects. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance across any industry. 

• Experience with AS400 and SUN Accounting Systems is a plus. 

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. 

• Fluent in English and Cantonese. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently.
