Senior Consultant – ESG Reporting

Our client is a forward-thinking consultancy specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to help our clients establish sustainable development frameworks and strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in setting up sustainable development frameworks and strategies tailored to their needs
• Support the BD team in market exploration and expansion efforts in HK and PRC
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our ESG capabilities and solutions
• Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare clients’ ESG performance against industry standards
• Participate in the research and development of new ESG-related services and solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in ESG reporting and sustainable development
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality ESG consulting services
• Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in ESG reporting and sustainable development
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
